Turning Point Australia has lodged a formal submission to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security regarding the proposed Combatting Antisemitism, Hate & Extremism Bill 2026. While we unequivocally condemn racial hatred and political violence, our submission raises serious concerns about the scope and structure of the Bill, including its impact on free political communication, civil liberties and democratic participation. Turning Point Australia share our deepest condolences with the family of Charlie Kirk and America, who today have tragically lost a shining light in the passing of Charlie Kirk.
